Inaccuracies on the Website
While we use reasonable efforts to include accurate and up to date information on our website, errors, inaccuracies, and omissions sometimes occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or missions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. RedStitchz makes no guarantees whatsoever as to the completeness, correctness, or accuracy of the materials or data on our website. More specifically, RedStitchz does not warrant the accuracy or timeliness of our website and related materials, and RedStitchz has no liability for any errors or omissions in the information provided.
Order Approval, Cancellation, and Refund Policy
To ensure the accuracy of all custom orders, customers will receive design mockups for review and approval prior to production. It is the customer's responsibility to carefully review all mockups, including but not limited to design elements, text, colors, sizing, quantities, and any other order specifications.
By approving a mockup, the customer acknowledges that all information contained within the approved design is accurate and authorizes RedStitchz to proceed with production based on the approved specifications.
Once a mockup has been approved, the order will be released into production. Due to the custom nature of our products and the costs associated with materials, labor, and manufacturing, all approved orders are considered final.
As a result, orders may not be canceled, modified, exchanged, or refunded after mockup approval has been provided. This policy applies regardless of the production stage of the order.
Customers are encouraged to thoroughly review all mockups before providing approval. RedStitchz shall not be held responsible for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies that were present in the approved mockup, including but not limited to spelling, grammar, artwork placement, colors, dimensions, or other design elements.
In the event that a production error occurs as a direct result of the RedStitchz's actions and the final product does not match the approved mockup, RedStitchz reserves the right to repair, replace, or otherwise fully refund the order.
By placing an order and approving a mockup, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Order Approval, Cancellation, and Refund Policy.
