For orders paid using a credit or debit card, an authorization hold for the total order amount will be placed on your card at the time the order is submitted. This authorization hold is not a final charge and is used to verify payment availability.
Customers are required to review and approve their order mockup within seven (7) calendar days of the order date. If mockup approval is not received within this time frame, the order will be automatically canceled, and the authorization hold will be released in accordance with your financial institution's processing times.
Upon approval of the mockup, the authorization hold will be converted into a final charge, and the order will immediately enter production. Once a mockup has been approved and production has begun, the order becomes non-cancelable and non-refundable.
Orders placed using Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal are processed differently. These payment methods are charged in full at the time the order is placed and do not utilize an authorization hold. If mockup approval is not received within seven (7) calendar days of the order date, RedStitchz will automatically cancel the order and issue a full refund to the original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution.
