Shipping Policy
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipping rates start at $7.99 per order with free shipping starting with orders exceeding $65. Orders will not be shipped until order mock-ups are approved. If order mock-ups are never approved, the entire order including shipping will be refunded.
Customers can check on their order status through the RDWY Global Order Portal or by contacting their RedStitchz representative. If your package gets lost,stolen, or damaged upon arrival RedStitchz will try to track down the order before refunds/replacements are ordered. If you have order protection, extra compensation may be available.
Return & Exchange Policy
RedStitchz has a commitment to make sure you absolutely love your RedStitchz order. If you are not satisfied with the job done with your order , you can ship it back for a full refund (not including shipping). Orders can only be returned with a RedStitchz representative approval. All refunds will be issued back to the original payment method or to a RedStitchz gift card. For more information, please visit our help center here.
